Sustainable farming practices make a good neighborhood, a good wine and ensure we have a bright future. Sure, we could cram in more plantings, but vines thrive with some elbow room, as do the resident bugs, birds and critters. With 510 acres of prime Napa Valley vineyards producing, we leave nearly 1,000 acres fallow. We say, down with NIMBY! We believe in cover crops, diversity, 100% reclaimed water, composting…and that makes for a great neighborhood! Balance:

Couldn’t we all use a little more balance in our lives? Whether discussing today’s issues at your kitchen table, or entertaining in the dining room, Élu is the perfect candidate: approachable yet powerful, moderate but electrifying.
